The property
Ideal for families, with a trampoline, a ping-pong table, a football table, a multisport field and board games.
Capacity: 8 people (6 adults maximum).
Possibility of 2 additional small children with extra cots (10 people).
Large living space on the partially covered south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool, with outdoor lounge, large table for 8-10 people and plancha to cook in the open air.
Air-conditioned interior, with television, orange digital TV box, chromecast, internet connection (fiber with approx. 300 Mbps in download and upload) and Sonos speakers for music streaming. There is also a desk with a Samsung smart monitor to work remotely.

4 bedrooms each with 2 beds:
- bedroom “le coulet” with 1 bed 180×200 separable into 2 beds 90×200 on request
- bedroom “hôtel du nord” with double bed 140×200 and desk space
- bedroom “pigeonnier” upstairs with 1 bed 180×200 separable into 2 beds 90×200 on request
- bedroom “pitchounes” with 2 bunk beds for kids
Possibility to provide a cot, high chair for babies, and extra bed for children in a double room (upon request)
2 bathrooms with each 1 shower and 1 bath, 2 separate toilets, all with superb tiles from Salernes.
The activities
2kms away from Néoules, a cute little village with a craft brewery, 4kms away from Garéoult, neighbouring village with a traditional open market on Tuesday morning. Numerous local producers of wine, honey, olive oil and organic vegetables in the area. Quick access to the French Riviera with the seaside resort of Hyères les Palmiers for swimming at sea (35mns), to the massif of Sainte Baume for a hike in the forest (35mns), and close to many conservation areas (Thoronet abbey XII century, Grand Baou waterfall – Natura 2000, etc.)
On site, you can enjoy a trampoline, a ping-pong table, a baby foot, a multisport field (volleyball, football, basketball, handball, badminton, pétanque, kubb, mölkky), and board games.
Of course, you are also free to do nothing and relax by the swimming pool or in a hammock … with the 4000m² of land entirely at your disposal, peace is guaranteed.
Terms and prices
A rental contract will be sent by email, which will need to be signed, scanned and returned.
Check-in between 6 and 8 p.m. (make an appointment).
Check-out before 10 a.m.
Because of COVID-19, cleaning requires more time to disinfect, please respect the arrival and departure times.

1000 € deposit to transfer before access
20% booking deposit to be paid upon signing the contract, the rest must also be paid before handing over the keys.
